Madalyn had her first day of Preschool today! I can hardly believe she is old enough to go. I am lucky though, she LOVES to be social. I think if she were hanging on my leg it would be way harder to let go. But she WANTS to go. Will it be this easy when she goes for a full day? College? Who knows...as of right now I am ok with it as long as she LOVES it!
She has some interesting stories to tell about her first day...
First off a "friend's" mom had to pick her friend up because she stole a teapot from Maddee during playtime. What?
Madalyn says she went swimming...and when I asked about a suit..she said her teacher gave her hers from when she was little. AND someone stole her clothes...WHAT?
I told her to stop telling stories and to tell me what she really did. I finally got out of her that they read a story and she played in the kitchen and the treehouse. She told grandma Sal that the treehouse was NOT in a tree though! LOL Crazy Kid!!
Looks like it will be an interesting year at preschool. Madalyn's teacher said she bumped her head at school today. When I asked Madalyn about it she said she wasn't "tough"! LOL
