What is everyone thinking? GIRL or BOY!!!

The girl name has changed to Deahna/Dionna/Deanna Karsalyn.
The boy name is Dominic and we wanted to include the MOM's in this last baby's name. So...the middle name is pending. I was thining John Phillip. :) LONG! But the middle names of Alois Huettl and Robert Kaufman. Do you think we should use the first names? Dominic Robert Alois Montalbano??
